Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to registration, attendance and participation at this conference.
Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only once payment is received in full
- Prices are per delegate and shown in the currency selected at checkout
- The organizer may close a registration category once capacity is reached
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested in writing to the organizing team
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the event
- Name changes are permitted up to 7 days before the event
Program Changes
The organizer reserves the right to alter the program, speakers or venue where circumstances require, and will communicate any change to registered delegates.
Liability
Delegates are responsible for their own travel, insurance and visa arrangements. The organizer is not liable for personal loss, injury or damage during the event.
